Principal, Scott Mitchell founded Tropic Star Development in 2007 after decades in the Commercial Real Estate business. Formerly a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Scott did over one hundred gas station deals, representing National and Regional Retail customers in the New England Area. In 2000 Scott completed his first development project. Today Tropic Star Development continues to work with all retailers and continues to develop real estate throughout the New England Area.
Our goal is simple: listen to the community, the market, the tenant, and in turn assemble the right team to create a unique development that satisfies.
